Hanover Delivers South Houston Industrial Development. Welcome Group Starts Another

Hanover Co. completed a 213K SF cross-dock warehouse on Kirby Drive in South Houston as local developer Welcome Group announced plans to develop a 250K SF industrial campus in nearby Pearland.
Hanover, a Houston-based national developer of luxury multifamily and residential properties that began developing industrial projects in 2024, announced the completion of Kirby 288 on Monday
Kirby 288 was Hanover’s second industrial project in the Houston area. In November, it started its third in the region, this one on the north side.
Powers Brown Architecture is the architect for the project, and Colliers’ Robert McGee is handling leasing.
Kirby 288 is at 12150 Kirby Drive, just west of State Highway 288 at the northwest intersection of Kirby Drive and Mowry Road in South Houston...
