Groundbreaking for 725K SF tilt wall design-build project for Packwell Industries
Angler Construction broke ground on a 725K SF tiltwall design-build project for Packwell Industries. Angler Construction worked with Packwell Industries’ senior leadership team to design what will be a resin packaging facility on a site at the Port of Houston selected based on its proximity to one of Packwell's largest suppliers, allowing efficient processing of plastic pellets.
The Port of Houston raised a plot of raw land to an elevation that was development-ready. Angler Construction, Powers Brown Architecture, CobbFendley & Associates, Advanced Rail Solutions and BNR Engineering worked with Packwell Industries to bring the project vision to reality.
