Distribution center breaks ground in north Houston's Greenspoint area
The Greenspoint area is getting another industrial development.
Houston-based Griffin Partners started construction in April on Carter Crossing, a 131,171-square-foot speculative distribution warehouse at 1444 Greens Parkway, near the 971-acre Pinto Business Park at Beltway 8 and Interstate 45.
The building will include 3,707 square feet of office space, a 32-foot clear height, 60-foot speed bays, 28 dock-high loading doors, 114 parking spaces, and a fully fenced 130-foot truck court.
It was designed by Houston-based Powers Brown Architecture, and the general contractor is Burton Construction, also based in Houston.
