DENTON INDUSTRIAL PARK WILL BRING MORE THAN 1 MILLION SQUARE FEET OF BUILDINGS
In the works by Dallas-based CLX Ventures, Denton Industrial Park will add approximately 1.2 million sf of industrial development space.
Located at the intersection of Interstate 35 and Loop 288, the industrial park will include three buildings, with construction starting in late summer. This project is one of the major Dallas-Fort Worth industrial developments in the pipeline for CLX Ventures.
The project was designed by Powers Brown Architecture. Other consultants include Pacheco Koch (Civil) and Pinnacle Structural Engineers (Structural).
