Dallas firm Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments completes 2nd Houston project, plans 3rd

...The Dallas-based real estate company said the two warehouses making up Par 1960, at 11010 Jones Road near Willowbrook, are now ready for move-ins.

The project includes a 204,375-square-foot front-load warehouse with 32-foot clear height that was built for large-bay distribution operations and a 49,811-square-foot rear-load building with 28-foot clear height.

...Following Par 1960, Holt Lunsford is working on another industrial project in the northwest Houston submarket. The company expects to break ground in the third quarter on a 191,768-square-foot industrial facility at 2929 West Mount Houston Road, at the southern end of Tomball Parkway. It is being designed by Powers Brown Architecture, and Richardson-based Halff is the civil engineer for that project. Holt Lunsford expects to select a general contractor this month...
