Construction on W.W. Grainger's massive new distribution center in the Houston suburb of Hockley, Texas, is expected to begin in mid-June.
The 1.2 million-square-foot project is being developed by Houston-based Hines and could cost at least $110 million to build, according to a work permit recently filed with the state.
