This week, construction is officially under way on a 211,657 square-foot office building at the INOVA Dry Creek campus in southeast metro Denver. Adolfson & Peterson Construction is the general contractor on this development.

INOVA Dry Creek is a campus that will include residential, office, and industrial components. INOVA Dry Creek is located at 7250 South Havana Street near Centennial Airport.

This speculative office project is the first building to begin construction at the 58-acre campus. The development is pursuing LEED Silver certification for energy efficient design.

“It is wonderful to be an integral part of a growing area of our community. The INOVA project will be an office of the future with its innovative design and sustainable features,” said Tom Horsting, A&P Senior Vice President.

Powers Brown Architecture designed this building that is slated to be completed in the fall of 2016.

A 285-unit apartment community that will take shape on eight acres at INOVA was announced in August. The Wolff Company is the developer of this 10-building residential project that will include one, two, and three bedroom units

Adolfson & Peterson has also been serving as the general contractor of the 296,000 square-foot CoBank office project that has also been taking shape in the southeast part of the Denver metro area. Shea Properties is the developer of the 11-story CoBank project which is nearly complete and expected to be delivered this November.
