Constellation Real Estate Partners to build 285,000-square-foot distribution center in northwest Houston

Dallas-based Constellation Real Estate Partners has started clearing a 23-acre site at 11891 N. Houston Rosslyn Road, 3 miles south of the intersection of state Highway 249 and Beltway 8, for a 284,960-square-foot front-load warehouse.

The project, dubbed Constellation Rosslyn, is expected to be completed in the third quarter of next year.

It was designed by Houston-based Powers Brown Architecture. Katy-based Rosenberger Construction is the general contractor.

The developer closed on the property in mid-October, said Constellation Partner J.W. Fields. He declined to name the seller and purchase price.

Devon Energy Production Co., a subsidiary of Oklahoma City-based Devon Energy Corp. (NYSE: DVN), is the last owner listed in Harris Central Appraisal District records for the three tracts that make up the property.
