Collins Aerospace opens its door sat Houston Spaceport
North Carolina-based Collins Aerospace, a division of Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX), held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Aug. 31for its 120,000-square-foot facility in the Houston Spaceport at Ellington Airport.
Houston-based commercial real estate firm Griffin Partners provided development management services for the project,
which broke ground in June 2021. Powers Brown Architecture led the architectural design of the facility, and Harvey Builders handled construction. Both are based in Houston as well.
