BLACKSTONE SUBSIDIARY PLANS 631K SQUARE FEET OF WAREHOUSES IN ROUND ROCK

Link Logistics Real Estate LLC, established by global investment company Blackstone Inc., is planning a $38 million, 631,000-square-foot industrial warehouse development project dubbed Settlers Grove. The real estate developer expects to break ground in May of this year and complete in 13 months.
The project is described as a "light industrial warehouse development divided over four buildings." The building will have heights accessible to a variety of tenants, of 32 feet and 36 feet.
Powers Brown Architecture is listed as the architect.
This project marks the continued growth of commercial real-estate development in Williamson County and Round Rock, north of Austin, TX.
