Lipsey’s, the Baton Rouge-based wholesale firearms distributor, has broken ground on its new corporate headquarters. The new building on Highland Road is set to open in fall 2027.
Lipsey’s, the Baton Rouge-based wholesale firearms distributor, has broken ground on its new corporate headquarters.
The 265,000-square-foot headquarters and distribution center will be built on Highland Road, next to Ruffino’s. Plans are to finish the building by fall 2027, said Rob Abruzzino, marketing manager for Lipsey’s.
Lipsey’s currently has about 200 employees. The expansion is expected to lead to additional hiring, Abruzzino said.
Arkel Construction is the general contractor, while Ritter Maher and Powers Brown Architecture designed the building.
