ABSTRACT
We realize that with any adopted global initiative it is important to constantly examine the effectiveness of the processes implemented. This is especially important with a Quality Program and its initiatives, but we had to determine the best way to measure success with a program that is the most advanced of its kind. After much research, we determined some metrics that can be used to examine the efficacy of the Quality Program and its processes.
