Kelsey-Seybold Clinic opened a 7,500-square-foot clinic in the Shops at Stone Park near Beltway 8 and Wallisville Road in the North Channel area as part of its expansion in the Houston area.
The clinic, at 5820 E. Sam Houston Parkway North, is one of six locations planned in 2021 as part of a strategy to provide comprehensive health care close to where people live.
“At Kelsey-Seybold, one of our goals is to find ways to make access to care more convenient for our patients,” said Adam Mitchell, M.D., managing physician, North Channel clinic, said in an announcement. “The new North Channel clinic helps bridge a gap for patients who live in this area but have had to travel to other clinic locations to receive care.”
Kelsey-Seybold has 27 area locations, including recently opened clinics in Memorial City and Lake Jackson. The North Channel location was designed by Powers Brown Architecture and built by United Constructors.
