Comunale Properties, a privately-owned, fully-integrated real estate company with offices in Denver, has signed its first lease at newly completed Central Connection (the “Project”). Peloton, the at-home interactive fitness platform, will occupy 50,649 square feet in the west side of “Building A.” The centrally located industrial space will further add to Peloton’s supply chain.
Designed and built by Powers Brown Architecture and Alcorn Construction, Central Connection is a new, state-of-the-art speculative industrial project located on the Northeast corner of I-25 and Interstate 270, in Denver. The completion of the project is a testament to the ongoing strength of the industrial sector and central submarket.
With the highest parking ratio of any new project in the submarket, fenced and secured loading courtyards, 32’ clear height, unrivaled highway visibility, and the ability to divide less than 17,000 square feet, the project is generating strong leasing interest from a range of tenants seeking last mile solutions.
“We are thrilled to welcome Peloton as the first tenant to Central Connection. With its trifecta of high-quality construction, central location, and excellent highway access, Central Connection has become a top choice for tenants in Denver’s central submarket,” said John Comunale of Comunale Properties.
