Thackeray Partners is the project’s equity partner. WGA Consulting is the civil engineering firm and Comerica provided construction financing.

Jackson Shaw completed Air Parc 59, a nearby three-building, 320,000-square-foot development, earlier this year.

Completion of Parc 59 is planned in April.
