Project description
Annapolis Junction, completed for Baltimore based developers St. John Properties, is located in a new mixed-use masterplanned development which features retail, residential, access to MARTA transit, parking garages, and office space. This four-story, Class A, core and shell office building was constructed utilizing tiltwall construction and brick cladding with the main entrances featuring aluminum composite metal panels and full floor to ceiling curtainwall glazing. The interior sports shower rooms, three stairwells, two elevators, a digital directory, and wood and porcelain finishes with entirely LED lighting. The project is LEED Gold Certified.
