Project description
8 West Centre creates a new landmark mid-rise office building featuring a 70-foot tall black marble wedge against an angled curtain wall at its entry. The development intends to be a progressive example of a tilt wall value office building outside the city’s center. With virtually no exposed interior columns and over 50% glazing on the exterior envelope, the building aims to create highly desirable tenant spaces with the flexibility needed to have widely accepted commercial appeal. The project is LEED Silver Certified.
