Project description
Crosstrail is a newly constructed 4-story self-storage building. The main use of the building is a self-storage facility with incidental sales office use. Due to restricted site access, a drive through landing scheme was used. The building is a type IIB construction utilizing a steel SS20 structural grid, 10 ft. by 10 ft. on center and a 12 inch mat slab. The exterior envelope is comprised of fiber cement siding/EIFS/metal panel finish on metal stud framing. At approximately 108,723 gross SF, the facility holds a total of 946 units ranging in size from 5 ft. by 5 ft to 10 ft. by 30 ft.
