Bladensburg is a
self-storage building with four above grade levels and one below. The
main use of the building is self-storage with small office incidental use. The
building is a type IIA construction with the exterior envelope comprised of
EIFS and split face CMU over non-load bearing metal framing. At approximately
122,150 gross SF, the facility holds a total of 757 units ranging in size (5×5
– 10×30) and 375 stacked lockers (5×5).
