This tenant improvement project is approximately 37,200 sf located in Enterprise Business Center – Building 7. The office component is about 5,300 SF which includes open offices, private offices, a break room, two conference rooms and several copy/print areas. Private offices were laid out on the perimeter of the space to allow for a collaborative open office atmosphere. The private offices varied in size from standard office to executive office suites and contemporary finishes were incorporated into the design. The space utilized the color pallet of the company to brand and enliven their space in a timeless fashion. The 6,100 SF manufacturing component of the tenant improvement includes space to weld, thread and fabricate pipe for fire sprinkler systems. Additionally, the 25,800 SF warehouse component is designed for product storage, shipping, and receiving. In order to remain within the budget for the office furniture, creative solutions were drawn upon to utilize and refurbish existing open office furniture.
