In order to accommodate Dashiell’s growing business, the engineering company relocated to a building which would provide them an opportunity to enhance their corporate image, to attract new employees, and to foster greater collaboration by locating the company on one floor. The once single tenant building became a multi-tenant facility with Dashiell as the first tenant. Features of the space include a training room for classroom-style learning, community copy and coffee bar areas, and an open concept breakroom to foster impromptu meetings by the staff. The space was divided into quadrants and departments were placed within the zones created. Due to the enormity and symmetry of the building floor plate, way-finding was created by use of color on hard wall spaces.
