New mid-rise building breaks ground near Grand Parkway

Houston-based Freeway Properties has broken ground on the first mid-rise office building to be built west of the Grand Parkway in Katy.

The six-story, 151,000-square-foot building, dubbed Katy Ranch Offices Phase, will be located immediately off the eastbound exit ramp in the 130-acre mixed-use Katy Ranch Crossing complex, and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2015.
